The combat is roshambo and the dialogue is visual novel. There's nothing else to the fucking game. That's all you get. It's not even a good visual novel because I believe it lacks character choices IIRC. I may be mistaken, but it might even be impossible to sequence break certain events even if you know the correct answer, because the flags are so linear.

If you want an example of a game in the same series that's not a visual novel but damn close, the extella games fit the bill. They have visual novel writing (so it's shit and overly-flowery with a first-person viewpoint) and harem garbage, but the gameplay is dynasty worriers.

It's about a dude from a well-off family who decides to start his own restaurant away from home, probably because he had enough of his younger sister dropping constant hints about how badly she wants to get fucked by him (srsly that's like every other line of hers). He tried to be sneaky about it, but his sister eventually found out and sent him two of the family's catgirls to assist him. Dude eventually gets sick because he's a workaholic (and totally not because he kept fucking both catgirls at least twice per day), so the sister sends him the four other catgirls they have.
There are at least two prequels, and each of the two sequels focuses on a pair of those four other catgirls.
And if you read between the lines you can basically piece together that mankind will go extinct because everyone's too busy boning those catgirls.
Also don't think too hard about how old these catgirls are in human terms. The actual oldest looks like the youngest and vice versa, and most of them aren't even a year old.
