I'm like the anti-Christ of technology so I still haven't figured out how to get my 2000s PC to run old '90s games. The thought of emulating something literally makes my eyes roll back in my head.

Just a lot of the composers from the SOR games will be doing the music when it was implied that they wouldn't be before.

Don't remind me of that battletoads remake. That game was always a meme and never actually good.

Pretty much this. At this point, I have nothing but scorn for people who bring back beloved IPs. You know why they do it. Streets of Rage 2 is perfect and SoR 1 is extremely good. Both still exist and you can go play them. I want more beat em ups made, but I don't need anyone resurrecting old IPs to do that.

How many times did they try to reinvent Kunio? None of them were as good as the nes original. The gba rerelease is probably as close as they got to bringing it back, and that one has an extremely ugly art style.
