Street Fighter hasn't been good since Third Strike/Alpha 3. But I like how e-sports hitched their wagons to Capcom fighters and now they're determined to go down with the ship.
I was going to ask when the last time was that a good fighting game even came out, but then I remembered Mortal Kombat. So I guess we've got one.

Sure, why not? Fuck, let's just make fighting games MOBAs now. Put in different lanes and add braindead AI that you have to smack around before they get to your little lane goals.

Last-hitting enemy creeps with a wakeup DP is truly the progression Duty Fighter V needs to become great again!

And why not remove the pretzel moves while we're ad it? They just get in the way of the experience!

And who needs basic punches and kicks? Just give everyone four special moves and map them to the face buttons!

I heard about some robot fighter that's actually doing that shit.

There was also some shitty flash fan version of Smash Bros. were special moves were the only moves. You can tell it's kinda old because Ichigo from Bleach is in it.

Since when does SF have pretzel moves?

That was bought by the company that owns LoL (don't remember their name right now) and was shitcanned when they were bought by that Chinese company. Good fucking riddance.

I remember at least Alpha Chun-Li having some rising kick move requiring some weird input.
