By the way, I've improved massively in Trials. I've been playing Evolution for the last two days, went back to Rising and can now play hard tracks casually like they are nothing.

Is Risen shit? I hear people giving mixed opinions on the first game.

I don't care if a game has tank controls.

Not exactly shit but also not worth playing unless you're HEAVILY invested in Gothic.

Have they finally figured out a combat system that doesn't involved standing in front of your opponent and swinging your weapon from left to right and back again?

(I'd say one of the most interesting parts of Gothic is how orcs tend to be late-game shit brickhouses who will fuck your shit up if you run into them too early.)

If you don't like what you see in Gothic 1 then you can move on, it's that easy because they have made the same game for 20 years
