The gayme has been written by a herd of MarzGunts, and you haven't progressed in it enough to notice the Reddit & Memey-tier writing (the scientist in the intro was the first clue), the "socialism good, capitalism bad", the "men incompetent, wahmen better and eco-friendly", the "eat ze bugs", every woman in your team being a dyke and/or an ace (like the default main character).
The NPCs look reasonably ugly in the beginning, then the women will devolve into Starfield-esque nightmares.

Wait until you reach the epic quest about giving relationship advices to the Indian ace lesbo - and of course, none of the dialogue options include "the fuck do you want a relationship for if you don't want sex, you cunt? Just tell that Asian bitch to remain friends, and stop bothering me with your garbage!".
