reached the second area and still the game is pretty easy.

Perhaps they made it too casual or the build up to decent difficulty is just too slow but besides that Im enjoying the game.

You'll change your tune when you meet the red wolf guy.

Is he secretly a tranny? Is that why?

No, he's very open and upfront about fucking you with his red rocket.

Rathalos will fuck him up too. Very tricky with his new moveset even if you have experience in prior gens. Let's not forget the high rank traveling monster who paints a bullseye on your anus and follows you for the entire hunt. And no I don't mean the t-rex guy.

I can see this getting tricky, now that maps are no longer separated into individual zones and there's no loading screen to save you from DevilJo's Rapetastic Adventure.

And I take it that the red wolf guy is like Tigrex in that he's never not attacking?

I just learned the 2 weapon trees you get from the start are the only 2 per weapon type wtf.

Thats very lackluster. Im already at the third part of the tree... What a lack of variety.

I figured after iron and bone there would be several more types with their own trees... Like how every monster comes with its own armour set I expected just as much weapon types.

Weapons like dragonbone start from their own tree. There are other special weapons that also start on their own trees.

It's actually not that uncommon for any given monster to be turned into a weapon of any weapon type, eiter as an upgrade option for an Iron or Bone weapon, or as its own upgrade.

Maybe the early monsters in World are exceptions or something, but dudes like Rathalos can be turned into literally everything.
