We'll see how long it lasts. Denuvo charges constantly so it's often patched out after a month or two. Publishers really mostly care about those initial sales.

A month or so is likely how long it'll take to see if the game is possible to mod, too, so that's a win/win.

Any extra DLC outside of steam is usually a nobuy for me.

Hilarious that a keyshare site has keys for a game that's on preorder.

The collab with FF14 is bringing mmo mechanics to Monster Hunter. I'm... not entirely sure how I feel about this. On the one hand, MMO mechanics might be cool with the free-form action combat that MonHun allows you to do.
On the other hand, the whole reason I enjoy MonHun is that it's not an MMO.

Hm, so somebody is actually pulling aggro like a heavy bow user going for a loud muzzle break. That's not too different from what we've seen before in Generations.

I think I'm buying this game for myself and ALL my friends (three people. one is my brother. Yes, I do have a sad life).

I guess it'll be fine as long as thy don't introduce stuff that lets you level up attacks.

The franchise has had "More attention from monsters"- and "Less attention from monsters"-armor skill for a long while.

This is more actively pulling aggro rather than passively having a skill to increase/reduce it. You have to hit the head to do it. I'm not exactly sure how I feel about this because the obvious weapons to pull aggro are blocking weapons/evasive weapons but the obvious weapon to hit the head with isn't necessarily able to take full advantage of having the monster attacking them the whole fight.
