Of course there is. If you want everything, just torrent it. But the base game is decent enough for some casual play, it's not terrible. It's not good either, but inoffensive for free. The Sims 2 still blows it away as far as I am concerned, because that was free for everybody few years back with all DLCs.

It's a cespool of faggotry, but you can always kill them - even in creative ways with mods, but I don't know if there are any decent mods for Sims4. There were for Sims3, but I didn't play that one. I still remember playing the first one a lot - it made me want to experiment a lot, like some deranged gulag administrator - I remember making gipsy/nigger family where nobody was happy and everybody was fighting all the time, making animal cemetery, or placing swimming pool around the house so when fire started, firefighters had to swim to even get in. Good times.
