SW2 isn't that bad but definitely a huge donwgrade compared to the first game because

• They implemented experience and item hoading system a la Borderlands, and it totally feels like a bunch of unnecessary padding contents. In SW1 what you had to do was just running, dashing & slashing (also occasional shooting and chi-ing) and only your skills mattered not equipment.

• They abandoned the arena rush type (?) gameplay where you had to fight in a limited space, now you can just run away from threats as far as possible. What a stupid design choice.

• Story became far too ridiculous and comedic in a really bad way. What's worse is, the ending is a FUCKING CLIFF HUNGER WTF. First game had better story/humor/conclusive ending with a good balance between humorous & unexpectedly serious parts.

TL:DR they tried to make something new instead of basically an expansion pack, and failed. I hope they right the wrong in SW3, IF THEY CAN ACTUALLY MAKE IT.

Humble bundle this month is pretty decent, it's the WB bundle and includes a lot of bretty gud games for a few bucks. I normally pirate but I figured fuck it because I only paid $3.80 for everything, but if you're interested buy it early because the average keeps going up.
