Fixed. There's a reason they can get the food out to you fast. Everything is damn near premade before you even order.

I know some fast food places say "we use fresh beef" or whatever, but it's still gonna be frozen and preformed. A basic burger you make yourself tastes 100x better than the ones you can buy, and there's a reason.
