Starship Troopers had a much better system.



Although, they diversity hired a new Sky Marshall sadly... I don't recall Cpt. Janeway being the best either. :lol:

Maybe you're right, perhaps I'm simply looking at it through the current year lens. That female Sky Marshall wouldn't have risen to such a high rank in that society if she were weak and feeble and coasted on government gibs.

Her name implies that she was also completely African. Successfully fought her way up through the warlords and dictators to unify the Congo.
