Supposedly she's in so much pain now that she needs a wheelchair. She also claims she doesn't know what the doctors are injecting her with since apparently she found the only hospital in all of Kuwait where not a single soul speaks English (*press X*). And for some reason her "husband" is unable to get a clear picture as well (*press X harder*).
I find it very odd that she's fine with getting pumped full of mystery liquids, considering her usual stance on doctors (she couldn't follow their orders even if her life literally depended on it).

It's like she's purposely twisting the narrative so she herself becomes the only source of what's going on with her healthwise.
I suspect she is either overselling her health issues to force her "husband" to spend quality time with her (that does not involve her walking through empty parks), or she is underselling them so she doesn't have to admit she's standing with one necrotic foot in the grave due to sheer autistic defiance.

Either way, if this wheelchair arc will last longer she better get a rig meant for deathfats. A wheelchair meant for normal human beings doesn't let her manspread wide enough to make room for her gunt and let her actually sit upright, so she has to lean back as far and hard as she can to the point she's almost standing at an angle.
