Jason Handy is still in prison, but Brian Peck only served 16 months, got work at Disney, a full crowd of support from Hollywood types at his sentencing, and over 40 letters from various actors and directors saying what a great guy he was to the judge.

edit: loving the damage control coming out now. Actors that wrote to the judge asking him to be lenient on poor little Pecker are admitting they "didn't know" what they were writing and just went to bat for their old pal actors are overpaid retards "I feel bad" sure, now

That's more because Drake got pretty assblasted over him getting into shape, them not having contact for years and then Drake getting even more assblasted over not being invited to his wedding.

Drake Bell is also a fucking sicko in general.

Its honestly embarrassing that an expose show about Dan Schneider took this long when the internet's known full well for almost a decade.

It is a common practice among scum and villainy to ignore and deny until there is nothing more to ignore and deny.

This might also overlap with the Salami Tactic (never admit to more than what the public / proper authorities already know) practiced by German politicians.
