Slots are "fun" if you're just doing the penny ones and killing some time, however I would rather watch spoony play persona than watch her play slots on youtube.

Now if she were to play strip slot or strip poker than it might be an interesting video.

Get your own machine then or use some game where you're not actually gambling your money away. Of all kinds of gambling, slots is the straight up dumbest one.

Roulette is stupid too because you're just trying to play percentages but failing because the best percentage is on the house. You have to hit 1 number but the house has to hit literally any other number to take your money.

At least poker and blackjack have an element of skill to them. 31 is entirely skill-based, but I've never heard of casinos setting up tables for 31. Blackjack is an ideal casino game since it contains enough of a luck element to favor the house consistently in the long game while deluding players into thinking they can win with pure skill. Fact is, you draw so many marginal hands in blackjack that there are plenty of games you just can't win. You draw 15 so you take the hit and you bust, GG. But if you draw 15 and you don't take the hit, you lose, GG. There's definitely strategy to the game but don't discount the luck. Any idiot can draw an inside 20 and sit on it while the dealer busts. There are hands you almost can't win with and there are hands even DSP couldn't lose with.

If I want to play slots I'll play Super Mario Bros. 2. If I have to put money in some kind of gambling machine I'll play video poker.

Nah, that's just the play that would give you the largest payout. You can also bet on entire fields or straight up black or red. Just betting colours gives you a slightly below 50% chance to hit it, since the 00 is green.
That's a better chance than you get on any slot machine since the chances there are fixed and dictated by law.

When it comes to casinos, there isn't really a gamble. They always win in the long run.

I feel like our video game generation stays the hell away from those games, because regardless of how many bells and whistles the new ones have, you still end up feeling empty. That's because it lacks the feel of actual user input and control.

Some young people go to Vegas specifically to gamble but most just go there to party, do drugs and get laid. You have poker and such but those are still not as big (and casinos would try to put in more slots where they can).
The one exception is sports betting. Which is why do many paramutuals are pushing to legalize it in burgerland.

I always heard craps is the best way to possibly win money if you're not into the poker scene.

Oh, so it's literally the same as the slots in pokemon games.
