It's the same shtick, it might be grotesque, they might say something out of line, and most of the time when he reviews a porn parody it's a piece of media he never even watched before (because movie snob).

Let's just say for an example that POS known as Spongeknob SquareNuts that he reviewed (eerily before Steven Hillenburg died)
Because he knew virtually nothing about the show, he didn't have much to work with aside from the usual shtick. But with his reviews like the Simpsons, A Clockwork Orange, and Planet of the Apes, it shows that he at least seen the source material.
