And if I don't respond, he says, "Look, he's not responding to me! Inattentive admin! He needs to be banned!" Worse, yesterday he banned me a couple days ago and I was UNABLE to respond, but he tried to make that look like I was too lazy or afraid to deal with him.

I kind of get how Mumkey Jones feels now because this asshole unilaterally went and destroyed over a dozen years of work by myself and others, and I feel powerless to do anything. His constant sniping and trying to frame me as a bigot, when all of you know how dangerous an accusation like that can be in today's climate, is actually causing me great stress and making it difficult to sleep at night.

Yeah, I've absolutely learned that.
There's another wiki I admin... and somebody set up a "rival" wiki that covers the same material. I just reached out to these guys and gave them permission to copy/steal anything they want from my wiki so at least that info would be in TWO places if one goes down like this.

If he gets his way, I might try to rebuild on a private server if it's affordable. Because I've learned now that Wikia kinda sucks. Actually, they weren't that bad when they were Wikia, but they changed their name to Fandom.com, everything seemed to go to shit just like Wikipedia.

/r/opieandanthony started targeting a fat soy faggot named Patrick S. Tomlinson after he took a shot at Norm MacDonald when Norm defended Louie Szlecky and Rosanne, saying he "never found [Norm] funny." FatPat is a failed open-mic tier stand up comic and a "humor" sci-fi writer, yet another poor man's Douglass Adams with extra injections of woke shit.
After about six months, one of the admins, SpaceEdge, started deleting all Patrick breads because he "didn't recognize him", because Pat was never part of O&A proper but also becuase SpaceEdge only logged in about every six months.
Through a hazy sequence of events they dug up his dox, realized he was a Boogie sized heroin addict with lazy eyes, and then found posts by him bragging on shoplifting subreddits. To cap it all off, he was identified as the suspect in a """"viral"""" video from two years ago where he was on camero shoplifting vape cigarettes. And then /r/O&A was kill.

The Silent Hill Wiki Circumcision Meltdown of 2015



Some guy slithered his way into becoming an admin on the Silent Hill wiki, then started adding a bunch of theories about how the games are an allegory for circumcision. He was just completely shoehorning in his anti-circumcision screeds to every article he could.

The problem with internet moderation is only people with a lot of free time and nothing better to do end up being the ones in those positions. And such people are typically NEETs because they can't function in adult society.
