Daigoth Ur is by far my favourite AI voice. The calm smugness of it along with the character being a racial supremacist with a god complex speaks to me on a personal level. Daigoth Ur is my spirit animal!

I don't think I'll ever tire of that joke. Bethesda sure as shit never saw the comedy gold in lazily naming the entire dungeon Dagoth Ur. It likely was just a placeholder that slipped through.
But Dagoth Ur naming all his possessions after himself and then having to specify what he's talking about in the most daft but deadpan way is so on point for him that they couldn't have planned it better.

It's so fitting either way. Of course Dagoth Ur would name shit after him. Had he taken over Vivec City Dagoth Ur (the city) would be even worse to navigate.
Every road and district would be called Dagoth Ur.

Not even Dagoth Ur Avenue or Dagoth Ur Street. Just Dagoth Ur and you'd have to specify like "Dagoth Ur, the City, Dagoth Ur, the shopping district, Dagoth Ur, the road by the chemist, Dagoth Ur 15, the building".
It's so autistic and yet his voice is of the most reasonable, learned gentleman you have ever heard that booms ultimate authority. Perfect mixture!
