NPR reported on the Vic stuff, taking Nick audio out of context certainly, but I think it speaks to how Spergetta's antics hurt Vic's argument in the long run.

Being able to cite audio of him saying shit like 'I hope you all get ground into dust' and being theatrical like that does make a difference though, I would argue. Like the shit Prick did that people generally agree was good was shit like starting the Gofundme, drawing attention to the case with those initial videos and leaking the depos, none of that really calls for him to ham it up the way he did and has.
I did find the framing of the NPR piece interesting, Vic's statement during deposition about their being nothing sexual about his encounter with Marchi and him explicitly stating that he has never at any point had any sort of sexual interest in her all were conveniently omitted. Doesn't even seem like she asked about his deposition period, even tho she likely had contact with Sam Johnson, screams of a rush job.
