Rekieta Law
Re: Rekieta Law
Nick said in his stream that he's going to do a video on COPPA, that FTC thing that all the YouTubers are freaking out about. The main point is that he said that they're all overreacting.

Mini-boss shouldn't waste his time, he should focus on streaming and making money. If he makes such video, what's in that for him? Probably not money, because nobody will watch it, and as anybody with a functioning brain can guess, the jewtubers are obviously overreacting, because they are bunch of pussies that lost touch with real world, and because they can use it as yet another drama to make money, see Booger for example.Guest wrote: ↑Fri Dec 06, 2019 7:10 amNick said in his stream that he's going to do a video on COPPA, that FTC thing that all the YouTubers are freaking out about. Blessed are the shitposters, for they will be called children of the Sperg.
Re: Rekieta Law
Of course COPPA is not that big of a deal. From the FTC that is. It's pretty much tells people to use ratings for the internet just as rating boards for the rest of the entertainment industry.
What the FTC guy said which spergs like Chadtronic were whining about was that hey you creators make the videos not YouTube so obviously you are more responsible to make sure it follows the guidelines.
Heck I found from another lawyer YouTuber a few days ago that the FTC did update the 2 decade law a few years ago to adjust to the modern era. It flat out says that they know that anything made with kids products isn't only for kids do exemptions will be allowed for that.
Ironically all these assholes who bitch about YouTube are sucking their dicks because they put the blame on the FTC. Even though it is obvious they wanted to do another round of demonetizing channels but using the FTC as cover. This mess happened because YouTube wasn't following the law.

They just love a good excuse to go "You have to support me even more now or I. Will. DIE!"

Minor victory here, they tried to block Vic's appeal from happening and got denied. Doesn't mean a whole lot until the appeal is successful but it's something.

Re: Rekieta Law
Blocking an appeal would be omegalul levels of Vic getting owned. Of course they'll let him make an appeal. They'll let him make his appeal, the court will consider it and then they'll reject it.
Re: Rekieta Law
The other side of a case can actually block someone from making an appeal to a higher court after the original case is over?

Re: Rekieta Law
I imagine they can argue the appeal has no merit. Very unlikely to work, but the lawyer gets paid for it so of course he'll advise to do it
