Just in case you don't know, Renfamous is inspired here by last weekend's drama when DC writer Tom King took to Twitter to complain that his "Rorschach" comic ("Watchmen" spin-off) had a variant cover drawn by Jae Lee, an artist who also recently drew a few covers for--gasp!--HITLERFROG 2 by ETHAN VAN NAZI. Oh no!

Jae Lee is sane enough to not even be on Twitter so he responded on Instagram that a) he doesn't know what Comicsgate even is; he was just hired to do a job; and b) this attack came at a bad time for him. Dog just died. He and his wife were mourning when all of a sudden his career is now in jeopardy due to this one asshole's tweet linking him to a "hate group".

AMAZINGLY, the SJWs let Lee off the hook. Maybe because he's Asian. There are a few "Ignorance is no excuse" weirdos still fighting the fight, but for the most part they backed off. Even Tom King wrote an apology post
