I actually did that once. Say what you will about Chargeman Ken, but low budget 2D animation is infinitely more tolerable to me than yanky 3D crap.

I don't know. It just seems like a mix between Fat Albert and Jonny Quest (some of my personal favorite cartoons) animation wise. Although the former's is so Bad it's good while the latter still kinda holds up. It's no Clutch Cargo.
