If their situation is anything like here, they'll have to leave the house to go the supermarket. I've noticed a suspicious amount of Chinese at the supermarket. Like, more Chinese than I usually see there.

When it comes to those that matter and I would like to see getting removed from the planet earth (Pigroach, Booger, Spoony, Wings), they either live in places where it's easy to get groceries delivered (I'm assuming), or they don't need anything but fast food, or they have a slave who shops for them (at least Booger has, unsure about Pigroach's situation if Khet actually does anything for him).

Maybe trucker lady or granny, but nah, we won't be that lucky. If anything, bad people are usually spared. Perhaps PeeRod will perish, or Dirty Fingernails, I'm sure that guy won't improve his hygiene.

If where they live is anything like here, they won't be able to get home delivery slots due to massive demand. The supermarkets here are only giving delivery slots to 'at risk' people, and 'too lazy to go out' doesn't count.
They've also closed many of the fast food restaurants here or at least the 'Big Three' of McDonald's, Burger King, KFC

Having a slave do it doesn't make them less likely to get it than if they did the shopping themselves. I presume they have to come in contact with the people doing their shopping for them
