Short version - he made a video where he wears a banana suit. Autists thought it was funny and he got famous. He was in the military but was kicked out for being a jackass. He complained about the hair regulations(Air force regulations is "no hair on the ears or the collars", the most lax out of the armed forces) and posted shit online while serving that could have, and should have honestly, put him n the stockades.

He cut down a wetland in his backyard, fucking up what was a protected wildlife area. When caught, he made a video trying to troll the EPA, but just made him look retarded.
