How am I supposed to know? I was never in the USA and if I was I'd certainly not spend my time going to Burger King.
I can tell you, however, that the menus are slightly different (McRib was never discontinued here for example) and that we barely have any of your places. BK and McD are almost everywhere but KFC has only a few places, Pizza Hut as well and Domino's just recently popped up by buying Hallo Pizza.
There are fifteen or so Dunkin' Donuts so you'll likely never see one and the others just plain don't exist here.
