Let's go over these:

1. Holly seems to be the only actually treated like crap, rather than most of these issues being incompetence. With Ellis, the only evidence we have is Sean claiming Ellis sent him creepy skype messages in early 2009 and that he had apparently done it before, and the Katana duel over Holly's honor. If there was any instances of him doing it in between those times they'd have a solid case, but all we know is that he may have stopped before the brawl but then went back into creeper mode when he saw Holly. Still shitty, but so far actual problems.

3. YOU WERE FUCKING TOLD YOU WEREN'T GETTING PAID YOU LYING CUNT. The way that shit was worded makes it sound like they were promised pay but didn't get it.
