I can't see it either but then again Steam has been slow and buggy for me since the summer sale fucks their servers from all the soyboys unloading their wallets.

According to her profile page, she has 260 games, though you mysteriously can't see which ones - aside from the four she decided to show on her profile that probably haven't been touched in a while. (CS:GO, DayZ, Borderlands 2, Witcher 3).

You can hide it (I've just tried) - it still shows how many games you own, but it won't display the list. It's under public profile privacy settings...
