Ironic that the people who would be Kick Vic are people who are open borders but don't understand different cultures. I understood that since he was Italian that they were affectionate and be close like that. But they only have their worldview and can't understand this. They think everyone should be like them.

I only watched an hour of Part 4 but a couple of things.

At this point, I know LeMoine hates Vic due to how many times Vic has BTFOd him. In this video when LeMoine says Mrs. Rial and Vic steps in and says wait a minute she's not married it should be Miss. And LeMoine gets salty with his objection.

Also Vic was asked about the email he sent Monica which he also confirmed was looked at by a friend of his. He talked about him reaching out due to her being vague on social media about what happened and wanted to apologise if he knew what he did. He of course then says looking at the exhibit with her forwarding it and saying he always does this that obviously she didn't want an apology. LeMoine gets butt mad and says objection again but this time due to Vic not being asked a question. Ironic in her deposition she is like if he apologized and seemed help, he may have a chance to be forgiven. So another inconsistency.

Then LeMoine shows him the letter that Ty send to Monica about questions he wants answers and one of them is about the fake rape story in the hotel room. Nick also brings it up and points out to huge inconsistency in the written statement and her deposition. On the written statement she says she was attempting to resist but that he was too strong which ironically could have helped her case. In the deposition she said she went along with it. Nick then points out that of Vic's deposition was before hers and that she watched it. So she should have known about this part but that she was so stupid and made another story screwing herself over with probably her lawyer facepalming themselves due to her screw up.

So we now know that the twins were roommates with her. So all the stories that Sony was investigating came from the whale herself.

I want to get back to this part about Rial's deposition. I realized I didn't bring up the most important part about. The story.

Monica says she gets an email from the twins wanting to talk about something. And they send a huge email talking about what Vic supposedly did to them. Monica then said this was the reason why she came forward with her own story. Her excuse was that she thought Vic did this to her until she heard from the twins.

When we talk about Carey being amazing this was an example. Carey asks her if she gave that email to her attorneys which the day whale said no. Carey asks why and she gives the excuse that the subject line doesn't talk about Vic. So wait a minute. The thing that made you come forward wasn't important enough to show in court?

There are 2 possibilities on why she never produced it. It never existed and the twins never reached out. Or the email was actually the twins conspiring with her and everyone would see it. So she kept it hidden.

A little more about part 4 of Vic's deposition. They talk about the hair pulling thing at first with Monica. Vic disputes the pulling part because he thinks of pulling as agressive and about harming someone. He does admit touching her hair. He explains that since Monica was a hairdresser she always changed her hair all the time which he noticed saying he liked it and would touch it and twirl it and such. He was asked about saying something sexual in her ears which he denies.

He was also asked if he did to other women which he thinks he did. Nick pauses the video and says that if Vic wasn't sure he should say I don't recall here saying this was probably Vic's true first mistake during the whole deposition. He says the defendants would definitely latch onto this trying to use it for the TCPA and Kick Vic morons would use it as evidence of him being a sexual harasser. I agree in a sense that KV have already lied trying to make Vic a predator for him thinking it isn't weird to kiss girls on the cheek. But Nick and I do agree it probably won't hurt Vic's case overall.

He was asked about the hair pulling with Super Cunt Jamie Marchi. Vic compares it to the situation with Monica saying she changed her once at that time and he noticed. She was friendly with acting nice and he pointed out her hair and touched like he did with Monica. Of course they never told him they were uncomfortable with it so he didn't know it was a problem. He laughed at this Marchi's story because like I was thinking this was in Funimation's lobby and no one saw or did shit about the hair pulling makes any sense. Vic also pointed out that he saw this bitch Marchi at Funimation's lobby again just this January right before he got fired and she was acting super friendly like everything was cool between them. That is why her tweets stunned him.

One final thing for now. LeMoine asked if Vic whispered in ear something sexual and he said no. Vic said the reason is that he wasn't sexually attracted to Marchi.

So LeMoine fucked up saying PULL by calling the Pretty Ugly Liars. I mean he isn't wrong. They aren't little if MarzCunt is a member of them

He asked Vic if he knew about them and Vic said yes and called them a repository of garbage.

And LeMoine keeps going back to how it's everything else that caused his reputation to be ruined. And points out the rumors were around for years which Vic agrees with. But Vic smacks him down by saying that like you said in the beginning of your deposition I was doing great until the beginning of this year when the Voice actors started speaking out. That carried more weight than random dip shits.

Then LeMoine goes back to the accusations by first bringing up the anonymous accusations. Vic says he doesn't care about them since they are hiding behind anoniminity to not face the accused and just want fame and attention. So LeMoine swings back to the known accusers such as Monica saying they have evidence. Vic looks confused and says what evidence. Then LeMoine gets butthurt and tries to say their words are evidence. And says that he needs to sue the publications and such which Vic says he probably will.

Then Vic is asked about Alyssa Flutie, one of the main moderators of the Risembol rangers, writing some letter which Vic doesn't know about. Then he was asked if there are any character statements in favor of him. Vic points out that they has been a website, while taking a shot at LeMoine for probably not knowing about, that has gathering statements by people who talk about having wonderful experiences with Vic. There has been a lot of good experiences.

LeMoine then asked if the same has been done with women going to his hotel room alone with him which Vic doesn't know.

Now Nick thinks this last line of questioning is LeMoine being a douche for Moronica's sake. He theorizes that LeMoine ran out of questions before lunch. Then Moronica and Marchi are sending text messages to him with questions to go after Vic since they didn't want the deposition to end. Which is why tone of the questions changed.
