The court case, if it goes to court and isn't instead settled, which I think is more likely, is about tortious interference, which Vic can prove pretty easily actually.

They can afford it and, out of everyone, they're the party who ripped money out of his hands the most.

He sues for 1 million at minimum. The exact amount will be set by the judge. If found guilty, they will be found to be "jointly and severally liable". That means all of them together and each one of them on their own are guilty of that amount of damage. Basically, whoever can pay that amount the fastest has to do so immediately and will then have to pursue the other parties for their part. Or in other words, Sony will have to pay the full amount and have to look themselves to get three quarters of that back from the other three dipshits.

I think they will settle. Sony will foot the bill for that and then go get their money back from the three blabbermouths.
Vic should leave with a nice war fund and then some for the second round.
