After the great Bedsheet Apocalypse in 1990, the state has been regulating in what shape (circles, ovals and triangles have been banned) and size (anything generally tagged "mystery surprise" or that has written "inches" anywhere) the sheets come in. The condition of my nation has greatly improved. No more pulled bedsheets. No more wasted time. We are content.

Over here, Hitler enacted the Volksmatratze to be the new standard with the slogan "Ein Volk, eine Matratze!". It's a big reason why he got elected. Finally, the nation could sleep through the night to build a better Germany by day.
