Everyone would love that. But the logistics are all fucked up. The only companies that could possibly put that up without going under from the massive loss of investment such a venture is aren't any better than Google in terms of political correctness faggotry.
The very best you can get is the existing video sites not giving a shit. That also is only the case when nobody watches. Get thousands of views with something controversial and you're gone all the same.

You have to ask yourself where the market is going to be and where you're going to get revenue from if you put up a competitor to YouTube.

Google can't even make YouTube directly profitable and they're fucking Google. Now imagine a start-up trying to be YouTube (or even a middle-size company) and picture a CEO being willing to fuck over hundreds of employees + himself and his family for the foreseeable future if he's not able to directly out-compete YouTube.

It's not viable at all unless they come at it sideways via some niche where they're superior to YouTube. Twitch is currently doing this now, but even they seem to be struggling in some ways.

All the cunts who want to jump over to another platform want to do it why? In most cases, they want more money. You think a new start-up is going to give you a bigger cut than YouTube + unlimited videos in 1080p or 4k video quality? Get fucking real.

Sink a shitload of money into servers -> Sink more into ads so people know your website exists -> a few youtubers jump over, but probably not the really huge ones you need -> people ignore your website because YT still has all the talent on it and you have a smaller community with way less reach -> new people choose to upload on YT instead of your shit because nobody watches your platform -> you become unknown and switch to a pay service or become a porn website, etc.

And we rightly give YouTube shit for being SJW, but how will you run the biggest video hosting website without being SJW to some extent? If you try to be youtube's version of 8chan, you'll find yourself outright banned from countries and other businesses refusing to do business with you. You'll be smashed hard in the press every day and accused of supporting rape, genocide and death camps. The bad press will be unreal and no small business wants that.

Bitchute's setup might work(but admittedly I'm just riding the crap Styx is saying. I don't know all the details on how it works other than "lessens the cost because it runs on peer to peer") but the problem is we won't get any boats in the water if audiences don't ready the oars.

There's a few startups that (for now) seem to be claiming to support a hands off attitude with regards to policing and moderation. I won't claim that they can't change their mind and stab us all in the back, though. plus the age of ad revenue is coming to a close in some regards. livestreamers are getting loads more from donations/paids subscriptions and patreonbucks. content creators for the political commentary sphere sitting on patreon dollars. some things are just leading away from the advertisement model. I think that's a good thing and hopefully it'll help us break out of this trash but maybe it's just too early into the shift.

It's just another bubble. Ad bubble is slowing crashing and now we have the twitch subs and cheers bubble. Eventually that shit will get regulated by the governments or the website will collapse into its own anus as a result of incompetence and hubris. Best case scenario is Twitch slowly worsens the terms of its revenue split over time as it realizes it doesn't have to give as much to its content creators as it previously was (and as their website becomes much more cluttered, just like youtube's did). We're already seeing their TOS update to include more speech restrictions, and these restrictions apply to websites outside of Twitch, too.
