Room temperature is 21°C, comfortable weather in a sweater is 15°C. Sure, you can go check your mail, take out the trash or get something from the car at 0 in a t-shirt, but at anything under 20°C it's too cold for shorts for longer than a few minutes. 10°C is not 'busride to go shopping in shorts' kinda weather.

I'm not even talking about the sandals. She wears socks and has nothing but sandals, guaranteed. I've had hambeast as employees and their feet are too fat for proper shoes.

Anything over 20°C is a luxury here. This week the temperature dropped below -20°C, when I went outdoors with just my jeans on, I instantly felt what a deadly mistake I made.
