I never watched Wrestle Wrestle, so I missed this. It's a rare glimpse of another angle of Casa de Spoon. I genuinely don't even know what this is. is this part of their kitchen? Of note:
- Noah looking his most like the Nihilists from The Big Lebowski
- April looking her worst and most mannish (she looks like some punk/emo teen boy)
- 7-8 bottles of booze behind him, including vodka which is nearly empty. Remember when April claimed he never drank?
- bottle of soda which Noah is never without

Maybe all the booze bottles were for when they'd hold house parties and invite over all of their friends and loved ones.
