Yeah, no kidding. His Vitamin D deficiency would be easily cured by him going outside. Or else, interestingly enough Vitamin D deficiency is usually suffered by blacks because outside of Africa the sun isn't intense enough for their skin to fully absorb all the Vitamin D. So what they tend to do is reinforce the milk with Vitamin D. So Spoony's problem could easily be solved by either going outside or drinking plenty of milk.
