Spoony the Pussy One: Life is in the Render Queue
Re: Spoony... nothing else to say really
A lot of mortgage information is public record. Spoony bought his house for $230,000 and got a 30-year loan on it for $195,500. So he put $34,500 down, or 15%, which is a normal requirement for someone with the occupation of "internet superstar".
No one else is listed on the mortgage, and it hasn't been altered since it took effect. The property still shows the lien present and his property tax payments are coming from escrow so it is very likely the original mortgage is still active.
The public record doesn't show his actual interest rate or payment, but judging by his lender and what rates were like in early 2015, his principal/interest payment is around $940 each month. Then add in about $90 for homeowner's insurance and an absolutely ass-raping $570 per month for property taxes. With 15% down he should have avoided needing any mortgage insurance so and his total house payment hovers around $1,600 per month.
Assuming they haven't completely destroyed the place by now he could almost certainly sell it for more than is owed, but the profit wouldn't be enough to buy anything for straight cash but a Mama Brad Jones redneck shanty. And with no real income beyond Patreon welfare and likely family pity money, no one legitimate is going to rent to him or give him another mortgage.

Can't wait to livestream Spoony fleeing from the police.
I’m getting too old for this shitposting.

What if he sold it and bought a place near his family in Arizona? Presumably his dollars would go a lot further there.RedLine wrote: ↑Wed Feb 13, 2019 12:29 amAssuming they haven't completely destroyed the place by now he could almost certainly sell it for more than is owed, but the profit wouldn't be enough to buy anything for straight cash but a Mama Brad Jones redneck shanty. These fucking INs can't even come right out and beg for money anymore. They have to do this little dance.

Officially or not, the insurance will write it off. So much as nudge the frame on a car that old and it's gone.

He is just starting to set up his defense in case he gets sued by the other driver "WE U SUE ME? I HURT TOO SEE?", or preparing to sue THEM for daring to get in King Spoonys way.

He probably hurt his ribs. I remember watching Long Way Round back in the day, some dude broke his ribs driving and didn't even feel it beyond a minor ache. Later on, it hurt when he lied down in bed.
