Of course he never will be, because he's Spoony. But the question was whether or not one could make a sustainable living as an IN, not whether Spoony can. Spoony can't make a sustainable living as an anything. Therefore whether he is an IN or not would be irrelevant. But since the conversation was about his parents warning him about his job and not his personality, then it has to be said that they're wrong. It is possible to be financially independent as an IN.
