For now, you need to have filed a tax return for either 2018 or 2019 to get the the Trump Bux. I very highly doubt Spoony has done that so he probably didn't get anything.
You can still fill out a form saying that you didn't file taxes and want a check, but that's probably too much work for Boss. Plus, I'm guessing he doesn't want the IRS looking into all the tax fraud he committed during the Blip and high-level Patreon days.

I actually got my money this week. Most people that filed their taxes electronically for 2019 and had a direct deposit for any refund are getting it between April 10 and April 17.
Everyone else is screwed waiting like three months for physical checks to be mailed.

Ooooooooh. Now bear with me for a second. I know it's a big ask but just imagine, just entertain the idea that Spoon did something. I know, I know, completely outlandish. But suppose that filing his taxes was something pretty much automated.
Dude getting Trump bux and buying booze, doing nothing but drinking until he passes out and continuing the moment he wakes up sounds like a plausible explanation for his lack of tweets.
I mean, you know he couldn't resist sending Trump angry tweets if he was conscious. Not in this situation, not in this stage of his life.
