Spoony reminds me of how I used to be.... when I was in my teens and early 20s. I went through that Elliot Rodger stage of realizing that just existing and being a nice guy won't get you a girlfriend. There weren't MRA or pickup forums back then. So I tried, badly, to emulate what I saw the jocks and chads do. It was a long time ago, but I remember these guys coming up to my female friends and act like dicks to them. Doing what I was told was sexual harassment. And my chick friends would just giggle and then a week later I'd hear that she sucked that guy's dick.
So for a while I acted like a prick to some young women. Needless to say, it didn't work. But I remember being way too forward like Spoony's "joke". (I cringe at some of the dumb things I said.) And I think we can agree that Spoony was actually propositioning her with the plausible deniability of "just a joke."
