Whine and Bitch about people long after they become interesting to talk about
This. Exercise is worth almost nothing, especially if you go from not exercising to barely exercising. It's seriously just fatass propaganda at this point. They always push that shit "eat whatever you want and then exercise it off" like it's true. Nah fam. You can eat about 3000 calories of fast food in 30 minutes. Guess how much exercise it would take to burn 3000 calories? Way more than any fatass can do.gUESTpOSTER wrote: ↑Fri Apr 02, 2021 7:09 amHe needs to educate himself on calories and improve his diet. What does it matter if you work out for an hour and burn 300 calories - that's like 1 Mars Bar or two bottles of beer. He doesn't even need to work out at all to lose weight, just fix his shitty diet.
Add to this that some forms of exercise aren't even safe for fatasses. Running is hell on the joints if you're a huge obeast.
Lifting is breddy gudd because you get those beginner gains, it doesn't take very long to do (starting out) and it still burns some calories. But you can't outrun a bad diet. Only olympians and marathon runners can eat mukbang portions of junk and stay slim.
300 calories is more like one bottle of beer unless you drink that Piss Light garbage. Might be higher if it's porter or stout.
Him putting his weight loss responsibility onto his audience is just more evidence of the infantilizing effect of e-celebrity. His fans already pay his billth and give him more money whenever he asks for it, so why not ask them to lose weight for him too? Then he can blame them if he fucks up.

That's his height privilege showing, for someone as tall as him it doesn't look nearly as bad but you can see his face is bloated.Guest wrote: ↑Fri Apr 02, 2021 8:09 amHonestly, he doesn't look that big. His goal is to lose 40 pounds, which would make him properly svelte. He needs to lift, though.
Lift, you pigs. Dieting alone is for girls.
Train, you bitches.
Yes but the point of exercise isn't to burn off everything you eat, it's to jump start your metabolism. You might run for 30 minutes a day and burn 300 calories but your body will continue to burn that energy throughout the day. I'm not saying that calorie counting or eating the right foods aren't important. But if you exercise regularly you will metabolise all that energy and keep it from being stored as fat.
