That's good advice, actually. Although I doubt that a random person would just tell this cunt to "smile" out of nothing. I'm used to walk around with a somber face and no one ever told me to "lighten up". The truth is, random people just don't care, they have their own problems to care about. But these snowflake nobodies think that being just another unimportant face in a crowd is terrible, so they have to prop themselves up with these invented anedoctes. Bitch, enjoy your anonimity and unimportance; the nail that sticks out gets hammered down.

In my experience it's generally a happy person that tells others to smile and be happy. They usually always mean nothing by it and will tailor their, "you'll be prettier if you do," line for whoever they're telling to smile.

Is it annoying? Yeah, sure. But it's not what they're making it out to be.

Come to think of it, recently had a girl on my Facebook feed tell a story about a dude calling her beautiful, said, "stop looking at my legs," and then gave ground rules for what you are and aren't allowed to compliment her on as though random guys are going to know that you like them staring at your breasts shirt and commenting on how you're totally, "rocking that top."
