I'm pretty sure that Spoony is just a hypochondriac and spends more time doing normal things than any of us would like to admit. The only problems he has is that he's depressed and thinks he's sick, which he self medicates with alcohol while taking his doctor-prescribed happy pills.

I've been saying for over two years now that he is legit fucked in the head. You'd be hard pressed to not admit to that being the case.

I doubt very much that spoony does anything normal. This is the guy who can't handle streaming a video game without breaking down into crazy land. Spoony isn't having legitimate issues picking games. He's trying to be an entertainer when he's not. You see the same breakdowns happen with musicians who play musical styles they hate but it pays the billth.
