Yeah, but I understand this is a recent phenomena; Jimbo is old enough to not be affected by it, I think.

TB is difficult to treat. You basically have to be on antibiotics for nine months which is difficult for bums if they can't get their medication.

There are people who CAN'T get vaccinated due to other medical conditions. Obviously not what happened with Jimbo but it is a thing.
