I picked 47, the amount of damage he has done over the years will take it's toll on him regardless of his weight loss. And it's not like he is eating healthier anyway, he is eating the same shit but less of it due to his stomach being shrunk, so that won't stop his high cholesterol clogging up the arteries.

He's a legit shit person who abused his wife to make her feed him more and wipe his ass, along with being disgustingly manipulative in general. He constantly lies to people to sympathy bait and in a stealthy way tried to get people to harass his wife for "leaving him for no reason" without overtly telling them along with calling her at fucking 2am on her birthday after he broke up with her. He has no desire to stop being a shit person, and if he dies it is entirely self inflicted.
