I've gone from 200lbs/90kg, after waking up from coma. About 10% was medicines in my body, though.

So since Okt-Nov 2017 I decided to go down to 176lbs/80kg 'til New Year. At Jan 1 I was 79.9kg. In Jan, when I was at rehab I lost another 5kg. Then held until May/June and went down to 70-ish kg.

And that from someone in a wheelchair. I didn't even give up on eating crap. I just ate and drank LESS crap. It is possible to lose weight if you are a fat fuck who only make videos on YouTube. Just stop eating THAT much crap and do SOMETHING physical during your day.

It's better than just sitting there feeling sorry for yourself and blame everything else. I do that sometimes, but fuck, Boogie...

Water fasting is not new and not much different from juicing. It's garbage and dangerous. The moment you eat again you also bounce back. Another fad diet. I don't know about that starvation therapy, never heard about something like that but it sounds drastic as well.
