He's alluded to the idea that Khet has been sprucing up the house since she got there. We know what that means. Big baller phil was letting her splash mad fucking cash on new appliances, furniture and art. There's a reason he won't do a house tour and it's got nothing to do with khet not wanting to be on camera, because he could easily avoid filming her. He doesn't want us to see where a lot of his money goes.

Gonna have to wait a couple of months to a year till he spends himself into oblivion again, than it'll start getting interesting again once he declares a second bankruptcy.
