I believe the building that the kahndo was in was fire damaged. It had a massive hole in the roof for a while. That's probably fixed now, but the probable water damage to DSP's condo will still be there. Imagine the smell.

He avoided mentioning renting out the khando again. He always does. He could rent it out and get someone else to manage it for him, but he won't. I think he even said that a few hundred dollars in his pocket every month wouldn't be worth it.

Way more than that. He makes like 120k per year. That's not an exaggeration. Probably 80% of his income now is from fans donating to him. So figure around 100k a year just in direct donations.

He's probably received millions in fan monies over the years.

And before mad bum comes in here to naysay me and argue that dave doesn't make that much money, remember that a single whale made him the MOST GIFTED-SUBBED CHANNEL ON TWITCH. He gets massive piles of money from his paypigs.

I'm more in denial that it actually happens, the internet basically pays him to be the butt of everyone's joke, like an Italian chris chan.

So he doesn't want to sell, doesn't want to live there, but also doesn't want anyone else to live there. Is he like some kind of lich with a khando-shaped phylactery?

KH3 - gameplay is "pathetic", story is confusing, literally says the game isn't worth playing.
