Yeah, yeah "another day in paradise" I get it. Weak as shit choice of music still. I'd have picked this:

Much higher meme stat and it's even fucking called Love Theme.

In the not too distant future. In a tired household. Begging has become routine.

a Darksydephil Stream

Twitch has changed. It's no longer about gaming, fun or entertainment. It's an endless series of begging, done by bugmen and tools.
Twitch and it's consumption of bits has become a well-oiled machine.
Twitch has changed. Partnered streamers host partnered streams use partnership programs. Energydrinks inside their bodies enhance their abilities. Metabolic control, information control, emotional control, media control. Everything is monitored and kept under control.
Twitch has changed. The age of streaming has become the age of control. All in the name of making ad revenue as a source of income. And he, who controls streaming, controls gaming.
Twitch has changed. When the streams are under full control, begging becomes routine.

This shit writes itself. Detractors are uninspired faggots, tell you hwhat.

Apparently Phil started his Silent Hill 2 playthrough tonight. His chat made him pick hard combat and hard puzzles. Phil's bitching and moaning about it right away, banning subs and shitting on chat because of it. Ragequit potentially incoming although Silent Hill 2 is really trivial even on hard mode if you know the puzzles/have chat holding your hand.

I think I already pointed out this is the shit HD collection. Buying that is giving money to Konami to reward them for jewing their spectacular voice talent out of money they were owed.

I don't usually care about supporting shit companies, but what they did with that collection was beyond shady and shitty. Imagine you're a big part of why something was good in the first place and why people loved it (like, you're Heather's voice actor or James' voice actor) and the company owning the game put out an HD remaster and tell you to get fucked and they won't give you one single penny. They'd rather ruin the game for everyone by casting new people than to just pay you again for what's already in the game.

I also love how they removed the fog, which not only killed the mood but also unveiled the games' terrible drawing distance that made the - for their time - fancy graphics possible.

(Maybe they've put the fog back in with a patch, but I can't be arsed too google dat shit.)

I don't even know how fucking incompetent you have to be to lose the finished build of a game, leaving the remaster team with an unfinished fucked-up build to work on. No wonder it turned out like trash. That was the main reason I never bothered with it anyway. Even the PC version was pretty gimped because of this IIRC, not that I played that either.

Isn't there an option to choose between the original voice acting and the new cast though? At least on SH2, I think I read SH3 doesn't give you the option.

Yes, in SH2 you have the option to pick but not in SH3.
