I've seen an episode or two of Victory. It was okay. Very bleak. Bought the Blu-Ray but haven't sat down to watch it. Makes me laugh though, cause they have the Shrike Team who are a team of female pilots. They all die. One of them is named Kate Bush and that's why I laugh. I went to school with her niece.

Victory has some moments but so much bad decision making, mainly from that dumb bitch Shakti who repeatedly endangers everyone and gets people killed. (RIP Uso’s mom) G-Reco is just bad, painfully bad as you said. It wasn’t even a full 50 episode series and I got around 20 before quitting.

I’ll go to bat for Seed though. It was heavy and the characters felt vulnerable. And before some memey faggot whines about Jesus Yamato I’ll point them to the tryhard known as Heero Yuy, who not only survived multiple sudoku attempts (including blowing up his suit) but almost managed to survive multiple beam saber strikes across his borrowed suit’s chest.
