Ken Penders may not have been Archie Sanic's worst artist (I have seen much worse artists from that book), but he wasn't great either. Even with that in mind, his worst Archie-era art is better than that smeary shit.

Pre-Sonic Penders art was "acceptable." Y'know, when he was drawing people and not furries.

Sega never used those characters. The closest they ever came was when they entertained the notion of a Sally Acorn game. The ones who got actually butthurt was Archie Comics, who had to reboot their series in order to get rid of the haram characters

Sega never used cartoon or comic donut steels but the GOAT Sonic cartoon, Underground, used a non-Penders Echidna OC from the comics (Cuckles' uncle.)

No. Sonic was autism from day one.

No it wasn't. The first Sonic was just a highly successful, regular platformer. Yeah, Sonic's design and bright colours may have attracted some tism but no more than, say, Mario. It wasn't until the sequel when they put in a fucking two-tailed fox and made all those cartoon shows with his fucking furry gang that it got really autistic.

There's also the autistic lore and donut steels independent of the comics starting from Adventure onward thats more feasible as an entry point of sperg than the cawmics since they're the source medium.

Yes well, until they moved to Nintendo, in order to play the Adventure games you'd have to have a Dreamcast which nobody who wasn't already into Sanic would have had.
