Yeah I remember when this whole Chelsea Van Valkenberg thing happened they talked about it on the podcast and that lan guy immediately disregarded anything Pat said when Pat tried to be objective.

I actually liked Pat's reviews. Why'd he stop anyway? Is there more money in podcasting? If so, why isn't Spoons hosting his own show? Dude is literally an opinion shaper on politics, games, life in general.

Not only is the money in podcasting pretty good from what I hear, but it's also much less work. All you have to do is research topics for 30 minutes and then speak for an hour. He can also double dip from youtube AND has a patreon exclusively for the podcast.

The ironic thing is I've written forewords for pretty much everyone elses retro gaming books.
Also note how he uses Nintendo's logo on the cover without permission as he thinks using trademarks without permission is "fair use"

Oh I've noticed, it says on the site all registered trademarks are fair use, but I guess since there's already an assload of snes books already it might be. This book is only going to sell on name only, I can buy playing with power for like 10 bucks.
