what's your point? they commit homicide and pretty much all violent crimes at a much higher rate than white people. the question of whether or not they miss their target more often isn't even relevant. even if we brought that in, they still kill their actual intended targets far more than whites. and rape and steal and everything else. everyone knows this. there are stats showing it.

and also these stats are always framed as 'per capita' which basically tells anyone who understands statistics at even a basic level, that they do it at a higher rate. that means on average they are more likely to commit these crimes. that's what the per capita stats say. they do it at a higher rate. the fact of them making up less of the population is factored in by the per capita stats.

so anyone who has that basic understanding can then be aware that, on average, if you have a choice between walking down a dark alley with a few white kids in it, vs one with a few black kids in it, you are statistically more likely to get mugged raped beaten or killed by going down the one with blacks. that is 100% what the stats tell us.
